Shipping Details
Processing Time
Orders placed before 12pm EST on business days are processed same day. Orders after 12pm or on weekends ship the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Packaging
All orders are packed in YNS branded boxes or poly mailers, sealed with a YNS brand sticker. We take pride in the unboxing experience — it's part of the product.
Order Tracking
A tracking link is emailed the moment your order leaves our warehouse. You can also track directly on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.
Tax
Sales tax is automatically calculated based on your shipping address. We have tax nexus in CA, NY, TX, FL, and WA. All other states are tax-free.
Shipping Zones
We currently ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it launches.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We will replace immediately at no cost to you.
Returns & Exchanges
Not happy? No problem. We offer 30-day returns on all unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached.

You'll receive a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.
Ship it back
Pack the item(s) securely and drop off at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location.
Get your refund
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving your return.
